In July and August we had the opportunity to housesit on a small farm at Pakowhai, between Napier and Hastings in New Zealand. Consisting of a small orchard, four cows, a few sheep and new born lambs. And a farm dog. Moreover it was close to Sallee's family and grandchildren. So we based ourselves on the farm and explored the Hawkes Bay area, with a few walks, bike rides and family events. Along the way took a few photos, mainly of landscapes and birds.
